Application Process Overview
Employers and Consultants can enter applications into the system for processing. Once all information is entered, the application is submitted for the State WOTC certification process.
The following instructions outline the basic steps of the certification application process. Some of the following pages may not be used, depending on the information you are entering for the applicant. To view full details about a step in the application entry process, select the name of that page.
- On the Employer Menu page, select Add Application from the side menu.
- Complete Form 8850.
- Complete Form 9061 (ICF).
- Upload documents necessary for the application on Documents and Letters
- Finalize the application and submit the application on the Application Submission.
